Apple TV+ has unveiled a captivating trailer for the highly anticipated new season of “Fraggle Rock: The Colorful Return.” The upcoming 13-episode season will debut worldwide on Friday, March 29th, exclusively on Apple TV+. Alongside the holiday special episode “Night of Lights” from Season 1, viewers can expect bonus episodes from the original 1980s “Fraggle Rock,” including “Down at Fraggle Rock,” “Doozer Music,” and “Fraggle Songs,” as well as recently added bonus episodes.
The vibrant and lovable Fraggles, including Gobo, Red, Boober, Morky, Wembley, Uncle Matt, and more, will be joined by an impressive lineup of voices, including Academy Award winner Ariana DeVos, Emmy Award winners Brett Goldstein and Katherine O’Hara, Tony and Grammy Award winner David Diggs, Grammy nominee Adam Lambert, K-pop group aespa, and numerous other special guests. Season 2 promises to delve into the characters’ pasts while delivering delightful new songs and heartwarming moments.
“Fraggle Rock: The Colorful Return” is helmed by an esteemed team of executive producers including Lisa Henson, Hal Stanford, John Tartaglia, Matt Persfeld, and Alex Cuthbertson of The Jim Henson Company, with Dave Golez and Karen Frell serving as co-executive producers and Harvey Mason Jr. as music supervisor.
